A small family business that gives you personal attention & provides you information for items beyond their show room. The sofa I purchased was good quality & at a reasonable price. I was able to pick my own fabric for the sofa. They delivered the items and set them up. They have integrity & work for your satisfaction. We've bought 3 couches 2 love seats and 2 recliners here. Very happy to have found this place. Owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. Products are sturdy and well-built. Great value. Highly recommend! Also their delivery team did a great job, even moving our furniture around for us till it was just right.
I purchased an electric recliner from them in 2022 and it stopped working while it was extended. I panicked! After tinkering with the plug in cord to the recliner for a few days, I thought I will call Tondee’ and ask if they know someone I could call to fix it. He immediately said they would send a repair man out the next day at 12. They were right on time! Two very nice gentlemen came and as I set in my recliner to tell you it’s just like new! My experience with Tondee’s furniture is a very pleasant and easy experience! The customer service was some of the best, the delivery process was wonderful very nice and Courteous delivery people! The furniture is top notch quality and the price was in our budget! Will shop with Tondee’s again!!
