It was not made clear I would be receiving a floor sample. All communication was initiated by me from details and timing on delivery to handling the problems I found with my furniture. Even after two "attempts at fixing the problems" I still have bad spots on my chair and I just decided to give up. This is the only purchase from here and will be the last. I love the furniture but the costumer service and communication not so much.
Nice selection and pretty good prices.
