My experience has been favorable with the facial girl, magnificent treatment. I really have no complaints about the entire staff. I've been with them since they opened and it's phenomenal to be in their hands. Thanks to the facial girl, my face is almost like a baby's.
I have been going to Tomy Rivero for great manicures and pedicures, but then I met Heidi, their esthetician. I had read about micro needling, and it seemed like people were going overboard with needles that penetrated their skin; however, I trusted Heidi's depth of knowledge. the most beautiful salon. nice and clean aesthetic with amazing customer service. i got a sculpted manicure and a regular pedicure. my nails feel and look sooo good after my appointment here! their attention to detail was everything i could have hoped for. i def found my new nail salon :)
I've been a client for nearly three years, and I swear by Tomy Rivero Beauty Lab! Every person who works here is so kind and helpful. When Tomy is there, he always goes out of his way to make you feel special at your appointment, which is an extra treat! I've done both structured gel manicures and Apres Gel X manicures, and I've had wonderful experiences with both. I can't recommend Tomy Rivero Beauty Lab enough!
The manager was extremely rude. I wanted to get a design on my nails and because it was inconvenient for them they didnt want to do it and he gave me attitude. I left because he said you either get plain or nothing. Disgusting. I wasnt paying for something i didnt want. I do not recommend.
