Used to be my favorite library as a student but I just had the worst service experience with the supervisor Carlos over the phone. Rebecca, who initially answered the phone, was very sweet and helpful. But Carlos was rude and incredibly unhelpful. It is absurd that an IT person (who is already working in the library) cannot walk over to a phone because of "policy" and thus making a bigger hassle for no reason than "because."
