Best place to study
I have seen the same homeless man occupying the same computer desk for a week straight now. He reeks terribly, seems to have brought all his worldly possessions into the library, and even makes strange noises inside the restroom stalls. Shockingly, the librarians are turning a blind eye to the whole situation. It is an absolute waste of my tuition money.
