5-Star rating for NOT selling me something: I went expecting to purchase a specific bike rack and ended up leaving without anything and having a really great conversation with the sales guy. He took the time to explain the benefits and costs of different options and why the one I had picked wasn't a great choice. He also offered to stay after closing to wrap things up, made phone calls to other locations to try and find something locally, and ultimately told me that other options they didn't sell were the best fit for me.
