Great shopping experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff
The Orchard Park location is so perfect! The service department is so sweet and caring. And the mechanic department is top-notch and extremely knowledgeable! They can't get much better.
Hunter went the extra mile in getting my Debbie's Aethos tuned that day so she could ride Allegeny the next morning He even met her after the store closed as she couldn't get to the store before closing time! Nice Customer Service!
Stopped in the orchard park location to get a hand brake set I seen online for my daughter’s bike. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it at this store location but thankfully Ryan was able to create one for us out of the parts from their service center. Outstanding customer service!
They sold me the wrong stuff and way over priced....
