5-Star rating for NOT selling me something: I went expecting to purchase a specific bike rack and ended up leaving without anything and having a really great conversation with the sales guy. He took the time to explain the benefits and costs of different options and why the one I had picked wasn't a great choice. He also offered to stay after closing to wrap things up, made phone calls to other locations to try and find something locally, and ultimately told me that other options they didn't sell were the best fit for me. Worst customer service I've ever had.
Owner was very rude and could not tell me the cause of my flat tire just said "it's a bike. It's gonna get flats."
I went there on 8-25-25 I own an old bike that needs repair. Nick was the person I was dealing with. He look at the bike for repairs and stated it would take two weeks to repair . He didn't give me a price for repairs. If you have an old bike skip Tom's Pro Bike on orchard park road, if you have a thousand dollar bike they might help you.
