My wife and I spent the day drift raft fishing with Pat, he is a credit to Tom's Outdoors, plenty of knowledge to share, along with plenty of laughs and Rainbow Trout caught on the fly and released back into the river.

If you value good old fashioned customer service then Tom's is the place to shop. Was ordering online and needed clarification on an item, spoke to the friendly team who were great, they had the item packed and sent same day. 5 stars.
Got a Gransfors Bruk Large Splitting maul from here a few years back. A few weeks ago I lost the handle wedge (from usage, nothing wrong with the maul). I emailed Toms outdoors to get a price to purchase a new wedge and they immediately offered to send me a new wedge for free as long as I paid shipping, great service.
