Bought a tube and the valve snapped while trying to pump it up. Went to show them and they said that the valve had been “forcefully snapped” and couldn’t get a warranty claim. Poor customer service and attitude towards customers and I won’t be going back there again
Aid premium price for Thorn resistant inner tube for BMX bike mounted on brand new rim with brand new tyre all done correctly with I qualified professional Larson not even two months and blew out randomly in my face whilst I was working on a separate part and he wouldn't accept that the tube was defective and wouldn't even try to support a warranty claim
