Tom does fantastic work but is a horrible business person. As others have said he will never call you and give you a status update, his estimated promise times can be months off, but the only way you find out is to call him. He will then give you another date and the cycle starts all over again. Customer satisfaction and communications is not one of his strong points. I can tell you that as far as quality goes it may take awhile to get your chairs reupholstered but it’s well worth the wait. I would strongly recommend Tom’s custom upholstery if you want a good quality piece this is the place to go. He built two ottomans to match. He picked up the chairs, told us exactly how many yards of material he needed. We ordered the material and had it drop shipped directly to him could not have been easier. The before picture is on the very bottom.
