Absolutely terrible bus service. Seldom on time. Unreliable.
By far some of the worst drivers in Ithaca and it’s literally terrifying they’re driving some of the biggest vehicles in the city, not to mention I don’t think I’ve met any tcat employee who was nice, a bunch of complete jerks through and through, Ithaca needs a different transportation company aready!
Tcat decided to have his hazards on with clear roads and refused to pull over to let 40 cars pass because they were going 30 in a 55, I understand transit that needs repair but PULL OVER! some of us don’t have time to go half the speed limit for 10 miles! Beyond inconsiderate
Continuous delays, bus drivers who intentionally depart while you are running to take the bus. Worst service ever. Notwithstanding the economic initiative in this Country, this bus service deserves only failure. I wish the worst bankruptcy ever. If one day I will know about your bankruptcy, I will buy the most expensive champagne bottle and I will drink with pleasure and gladness.
