So Sorry, I heard nice stuff about the school. My grandson was accepted and the personnel in the old Houston location not helpful at all. They had call saying we did not turn in the documents for my grandson which my daughter went to the school more than 4 times to make sure he was accepted and now they saying they don’t know if he will that we have to pay the full price the first week because they don’t know because the paperwork process might take up to a week or so to be processed. I enrolled my daughter at Tomorrows Promise expecting a safe and supportive environment. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that. Within the first two weeks, my daughter reported being pushed, having her hair pulled, being dragged by the arm, having her finger bent backward, and being punched in the stomach by older boys. These incidents were serious enough that I spoke directly with her teacher multiple times. The teacher acknowledged the incidents and explained that he had redirected the boys involved. I really enjoyed seeing my daughter going to this daycare. They are very professional. Any time I had a concern or question they helped me in a timely manner, they made me feel like they were there to help every step of the way. Thank you !!
