Business hours say it closes at 8 PM, but when I arrived at 7:45, the doors were already locked. I waited for a customer to finish checking out, then politely asked if I could just return an item. I was immediately refused! I explained that I’m a tourist and genuinely can’t come back the next day. It would’ve been a quick return and there was no line — but I was still turned away. Super Outlet Store. Mit guten Angeboten.
They close fitting rooms 1 hour before closing. Seriously!!! Wish they change this policy to something reasonable. Often I have seen some of their staff rude or not so friendly/helpful. Had some good experiences too though.
