Bought a new shirt that was folded. Got it home and went to unfold it. Once i did i found BLOOD SPOTS on the new clothing. I instantly called the store and they said they would refund us and bring it back. The next day we brought it in and the manage NATHAN was a completely rude unprofessional person. He kept saying they couldnt take it back because WE got blood on it. ITS NOT OUR BLOOD! Tommy Hilfiger was a good store. I did check out a few clothes that they had and were pretty good, but I didn't really find what I was looking for but that's okay. Overall I would come back to the store if I were to buy TH clothes and accessories.
I have been to Hilfiger location many times in OKC outlets only but never got this disgusting discriminating racial profiling from an employee that was trying to watch every move i make it was disgusting experience and More expensive than I was expecting, v. 50% off pants that still cost $70+ dollars though ..

This place is horrible and disgusting. I went in to shop and employee was watching my every move even he followed me to fitting room and asked me why I am taking long time in dressing room its was bad experience I would not recommend this place at all it’s just drama
