Ordered Cal King Bed frame with white glove service. Received Cal King Head & Footboard with Queen sides and slats. After waiting 2 weeks we received the sides and slats. Put the bed together ourselves rather than waiting 2 more days for white glove service. There was no credit given for the inconvenience and we continually had to call and ask where the order was and when we would be receiving it.
