We actually love the showroom and our designer Miss Bamford. Our complaint is regarding an employee who greeted us in an unusual way. She actually let her voice trail off and whispered her introduction. Very strange. We stopped in since we were in the area shopping and the older woman with very short blonde hair who approached us in the most unusual way followed us throughout the entire showroom. Ordered Cal King Bed frame with white glove service. Received Cal King Head & Footboard with Queen sides and slats. After waiting 2 weeks we received the sides and slats. Put the bed together ourselves rather than waiting 2 more days for white glove service. There was no credit given for the inconvenience and we continually had to call and ask where the order was and when we would be receiving it.
