This place was exceptional. Alexis was our server and took great care of us. It's hard to find someone who cares so much about our needs while we're eating out. Will definitely be coming back and requesting her. And by the way, Shelby was incredible too. What GM is so attentive and friendly to stop by the table and make sure we're having a great experience. Can't wait to come back.
I’m rating this venue with an “F” in customer service.” Alex was extremely rude and stated that Happy Hour orders are not honored for to-go purchases. I explained that the General Manager has previously charged me Happy Hour prices on several occasions. Alex responded by saying that it should not have happened. Priscilla was very attentive, great service
I was here Thursday afternoon with one of my girl friends and little girl. The food was amazing. The drinks were also amazing. The only thing missing was the beach! Even without the beach this place is such a vibe with the live music and ambiance. I appreciate the little things like the wait staff bringing my daughter a sticker and more chips to snack on. We will be back.Thank you!
I am loyal customer of Tommy Bahama clothing and the overall brand name, as such, I believe that people managing and working in this TB bar should be aware that when you get a very service experience they are indeed eroding the brand value. I was there yesterday and for over 10 minutes at the table no one acknowledged our presence. We kept waving to waiters passing by but no one care. You don’t come to this place for food but rather the atmosphere and service. Very disappointed experience.
