This is now the closest outlet to me as they keep closing them. The Ontario location is closed. Service wise, I have never had any bad experiences at any Tommy Bahama store or outlet. The staff here are great. Like going in to see what deals they have as I love Tommy Bahama. Everyone is always helpful. If they dont have a good size, they have always checked for me. If they find it at a different store, they help with the sale and have it shipped to you. That is great customer service.
Vloggers are not welcome here. This outlet store doesn’t want you to promote their store. The sales lady with the curly hair was not nice/ not approachable.
Love shopping here. Basically they have all the last season clothes for less than half price. Generally have all sizes. Super helpful staff as always.
