Went here seeking a very specific article of clothing. Called ahead to inquire about the availability and found the staff member, Dale, to be very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my lengthy questions and kindly held the product aside for me. Upon my visit, I was assisted by another salesperson whose name I missed. I absolutely love the Tommy Bahama store at the Wellington Mall. The staff is so attentive and they go out of their way to try and find the perfect pairings based on my individual taste. Karen, Allison and Heather are exceptional!!
This is my first review of TB although I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. I had an issue with a purchase I made at another location. I was greeted by a person (not sure if he was a manager or a sales associate) who was extremely helpful and interested in resolving my problem. He took charge and resolved my issue and I left very satisfied!!
Very clean and organized store. Friendly sales associates.
