These guys are simply the best, most honest and helpful bike retailers and repair people in the Capital Region. The only negative, for me, is that the location is a 30 to 40 minute drive from my residence, which is near St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany. It’s well worth the trip. My Cervelo R2 was in need of an overhaul. I love this bike—it is the best ride I've ever owned. I always trusted Downtube to maintain it, but sadly, they closed up shop.
