Tomball Retirement Center is a very caring, family oriented place. There have been many great recent improvements. Staffing is friendly, knowledgeable and the residents are comfortable. One our dad called home here for over 2 1/2 years until his recent passing, which without our TRC family would not have gone as smoothly as it did. The team there is attentive and in times when it really mattered to us and his health declined, they were always providing good information and coordination with our needs. Everyone. Had an issue with a/c repair and food concerns. My issues were promptly addressed and issues are being looked at. The staff is extremely friendly and The facility is always clean.
