I called to ask for information, but was treated very rudely, not sure why. I guess the manager was just in a bad mood. Not a good way to treat potential customers.
I recently had a rifle shipped to the location and the process was flawless. I purchased a rifle from Midway and had it shipped to the location for processing. The process was fast and the customer service was top notch. I look to doing more business at the shop. Keep up the good work.
Went into this place today to get a gun that I had my heart set on for a while but left with something absolutely perfect and better. The staff there are ALWAYS sooo incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and they always have such a huge diverse selection on any firearm and other items that you might be interested in. Definitely worth the drive from Willis to here! 10 out of 10 experience EVERY SINGLE TIME!
