I would give it zero stars if I could. The past few years have been rough with long bus rides, no regard for others’ time, and the communication is awful! I was sent an email (last night after 9pm) stating the bus would be early on March 18. Today is September 18. My child missed the bus this morning because of this error. Apparently their employees don’t even care to write accurate dates in emails to parents.
Wish I could put a 0 and the bus tardiness is just disappointing.
Horrible, service, If i could change anything in tomball isd is not anything related to the school but the transportation service, bad drivers, gps dont work, buses have no AC all year long my sons bus ac breaks and takes them forever to fix or responds to any claim, have left voicemail and no one responds. I ca to find out why the bus is delayed or not showing on the app and cant get a hold of no one
The new app is Stopfinders so BAD not work until now after 2 weeks back to school . I try to email 5 times and called 5 times but they ignored the parents they told me I can’t help and turned off the phone and no reply emails. So terrible for school bus in this district
