Still having difficulty with them with communication and being professional. I live 4 hours away and I told them that I need to know upfront when we need to come in. But I only find out when I call. They don’t return calls or read texts you send them. I had to ask my aunt to go check on the progress of the dress. Only then did they get in touch with me about the dress.
I had a fantastic time at Tomas Benitez's Fashion Designer store! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and supported. They listened to my needs and made my wedding dress of dreams a reality. The selection was breathtaking, and the entire process, from trying it to the day it was delivered to my house in New York. Highly recommend for any bride-to-be!
