Jennifer and staff prepared several end of life documents for a relative. Six months later, while dealing with a government agency, a question needed to be answered. I was fully prepared to pay for the time it took to consult "the lawyer". In fact, Jennifer was wonderful about answering the question which is the result of some recent rule changes and said "no charge". Now, isnt that refreshing!!
