I wouldn't recommend Tom Yoswa or Brian Powell or anyone from his team! I personally had a horrible experience from Tom and "his team"! Literally experienced homelessness due to lack of unprofessionalism from these guys. Tom took two weeks of vacation before my closing date to Europe and insured me that everything was under control. On the day of my closing he came back saying someone in the "team" dropped the ball and took him 6 more days to close! Tom was amazing in helping my partner and I purchase our first home. He was attentive and was able to help us through every step of the process. I would definitely recommend him to anybody!
