I love tom thumb not only do they have the best meat n freshest fruits n veg. they double and sometimes triple your coupons with ure rewards card!!!! (of course u need to read rules n regulations first before u attempt) but its awsome they save u money like this...especially close to the holidays!!!
FRIENDLY FOLKS AND FAIR DEALS
Great management and great staff. You can just tell when you walk in. The store is clean inside and out. You can always tell about a place by walking into the bathroom. They are always clean. They are fully stocked with product and always have great promotions going on. Best part is, they actually tell you about them.
Staff was a plain pain. The lady was slow and refused to cash a scratch off without the bottom of it scratched. She basically acted like it was Tom Thumb policy. It's not. I grew up in the world of Tom Thumb and I know they don't train their associates to act like a nuisance. Then she tried to ring up my purchases that I just made with the cashier beside her. I just don't like this location. I stick to my local neighborhood store, STORE #67 on New Warrington & Jackson.

You're right! They don't answer the phone. I've been calling for 2 days to try and order a cake and still could not get anyone to answer. Very Poor customer service!!!
The staff are very friendly, the store has great selection of goods
