You're right! They don't answer the phone. I've been calling for 2 days to try and order a cake and still could not get anyone to answer. Very Poor customer service!!!
They are pretty efficient when it comes to waiting time in line, and the clerks are always nice

This store offers much of what we eat.There is a Starbucks in the entry with seating located in a nook between Starbucks and the deli. The deli makes awesome sandwiches, which paired with some fruit and coffee or a cold drink make for a satisfying lunch. Two moderate eaters could easily split a sandwich and get sides. Your customer service is excellent. I especially like the flowers, gifts area of the store.
They have just remodeled so the store is completely different. The employees are great but the prices are a little high
