I’ve been going to this Tom Thumb for 14 years because I refuse to go to the Kroger in Coppell. They’ve always had some issues but in the last six months it has taken a drastic turn for the worse. The freezer section was broken for days with wads of paper towels up and down the aisles, the produce is repulsive, the last time I went into the store all of the biscuits were busted open, and Heaven forbid you want to avoid going in and try to order online, either these employees can not read or just do not care enough to get ord... read more
This popular supermarket has truly impressed me! The weekly offers are incredibly tempting and always motivate me to shop. I especially appreciate the presence of a butcher who custom-cuts the meat just the way I like it. Their baked goods are exceptional-fresh and delicious every time.
