I am a customer of Tom Thumb. It is a wonderful grocery store. I lived in plano for three and have years but I have never seen an associate like a guy called Terrence. It was Monday 18th of July around 10.40pm, he was talking loud on his cell phone a private talk. I stood there for a while and finally put my stuff on the table. He asked me whether I have the Tom Thumb card which I didn't have at the time. If u don't bring ur card any reason , the other associates do ask me my phone number which he didn't. A little bitter higher priced than walmart but may be an upgrade over walmart.
I had the worst experience ever in a grocery store. Imagine going into the store with the intention of telling the store that they make a major mistake with your order & picking up some groceries too. Instead one of the staff member at their customer service gives you all sorts of excuse and no apologies. To top that the staff member had the audacity to argue with you in front of other customers and being belligerent on top of that. I think this store seriously need to upgrade their definition of "customer service". Remember... read more
