We ordered a full sheet red velvet decorated cake this week for our company anniversary. I worked with Nancy and she was wonderful. I called a couple of times with questions and she was more than happy to assist me, and when I came in to place the order she was very helpful in helping me understand my options. Disappointed with the inconsistent produce quality between Tom Thumb locations. Arlington, TX location (this week): I bought organic bunched beets priced at $2.99 per bunch. The beets were very small for the price and didn’t feel like a fair value for “organic bunched” produce. Southlake location (Saturday): I bought organic bunched beets for $3.29 per bunch and the difference was huge the beets were about 4x the size, looked fresher, and actually felt worth the price. I went in the other day searching in the deli for a certain cheese, and Ms. Darlene was just a treat. She actually came out from behind the counter and walked with me in several places to look for it, making other suggestions as well. Thank you for 'old school' customer service!
