Amazing service. Amazing pricing. Our bay door got damaged and it was at the point that if someone didn't fix it, it wasn't closing at all. I phoned him and a few hours later he came by, fixed it up perfect, and gave us an extremely reasonably priced invoice. Highly recommend.

I called Tom at 8:30 am informing him I couldn’t open the garage door as a spring had broken. At 9:30 Tom was at my place with two replacement springs and after completing other preventative maintenance on the whole door, motor and chain drive, he was finished at 10:30 and the whole system is quieter. EXCELLENT service done rapidly and at a reasonable price. What more can you ask!

I had problem with door being jumpy and noisy when opening. Tom discovered that the connector to the track was not aligned properly. That was fixed but that did NOT fix the jumpy and noisy problem. On looking at this myself more closely, I discovered 3 nuts that were lose on one panel and also that a weather strip I had installed at the top of the door jam had gotten hard and one door panel was hitting this weather strip on the way up.
