I honestly can’t thank Tom enough. From the very beginning he told me he would get me to the finish line and he did. When I say this man truly fought for me, I mean it. He helped me get my credit score right and guided me through every obstacle that came up during the process. This was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever gone through, but I truly couldn’t have done it without Tom. He kept me going, reminded me what I was working toward, and now I can proudly say I’m a first-generation homeowner. Thank you, Tom.

Super detailed and very easy to communicate with. There is no finer mortgage representative you will find than with Mr. Thomas Rhea. Tom walked us through and educated us on our first mortgage in 2010.
