Tom's team were very professional and very helpful. They consistently exceed expectations of communication and produced really helpful videos for us to watching explaining processes and different content. They created a personalized budget and found a lender that was able to cater to our specific situation and slightly complex employment conditions. I highly recommend their services.
Tom and Lizzie were a huge help with getting us the best rate for our mortgage. For each house we looked at Tom went over the numbers with us as our budget increased to make sure we felt comfortable with the payments and it was nice knowing exactly what our expenses will be with the excel charts he made.
