Tom was incredible to work with. He helped me buy my very first home! He was very patient and explained every step of the process as we went. He went back and forth with me on different financing options, sending proposals for every change I requested. He was able to do some clever financing to make my payments more reasonable, and he beat the prices quoted to me by every other loan agency. Tom Lynch made the home buying process seamless and less stressful than I imagined for a first time home buyer. He was open to taking phone calls with a million questions, very responsive through email, and genuinely checked in to see if there was anything else he can do for us to make this experience an easy one.
