Jack Cassidy out of Florida is very unprofessional, we booked the load with him but was loaded short, at delivery it was 10 cases short even though no driver is allowed on docks while loading or unloading. This company paid carrier less then what was in the agreement. With multiple drops one of the reciver took more then they should have, when called to resolve issues no one in this company helped.
