Yesterday, I sunk my phone in a river, got out an old one but needed a SIM card. Went into Telus in Parkland Mall for the first time ever. Walked in, Diego waved us over and hooked me up IMMEDIATELY with a new SIM card - no bull, no sales tactics, just a pleasant and helpful exchange. I don't have to deal with Telus in person often, but the next time I have to, I know who I'm coming to! Thanks Diego!!
