Jessica is knowledgeable, friendly and looking out for your wallet
Came in store because Telus phone center was unwilling to correct an error that was made 4 years ago. The Tom Harris agents were more than helpful, very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately they were unable to correct the error, but they were able to get me a new phone.
Jessica went above and beyond again with myself and a lot of asks ! She is the best and totally deserving of the store manager position! Thank Jessica
Good 😊
