Most horrible experience I had to date. This store and its employees are utterly usless. I can't even get koodo to call me back using the store's employee. Ohh and a neat thing about this store . A fact I am told while standing in the store. They are actually NOT A KOODO AND TELUS STORE. We are a Tom Harrison store . I said why have a Koodo and Telus sign on the building then. I came in with an old Galaxy 3 to upgrade it. Robert was very knowledgeable about all products available, and I left with a new phone.
