The salesperson was very nice and went out of his way to ensure that I was taken care of. The process takes a long time though. 1 hour 20 minutes just to set up an appointment to have internet and cable installed. I went in person because if I had done it over the phone it would have been twice as long. I have tons of unfortunate experience with calling Telus for help, which took ages every time.
We went in today to get help with getting a new phone. Gas it and everyone in the store was so helpful and explained everything to us. There were some issues higher up and it was a little bit of a wait but everyone there was so kind and helpful, apologized for the wait and even offered us a discount. Wonderful team!
My husband and I always go to this Telus store as we get such great service!!
