Went there in regards to my lost phone and getting a new SIM card to which the first person I met in the store named Jeremy who within seconds of approaching him was not friendly at all. He told me that I have to call a number in order to cancel my phone/current SIM to which I told him I've already tried calling multiple times and he coldly explained I have to say cancelation into the voice machine.
