Mister Troy, owner.. please pay attention..your guy with dyed hair is not showing near to decent customer service. I was at your store to port in 2 numbers.. guy that was getting 2 numbers wanted to buy iphone 16 and open 2 accounts.. i understand that certain rules your guy has to follow..but he said "i dont care".. i asked your number..maybe i will call you.. i answered that its fine if he cant ,but that is very rude to tell me that he doesn't care.. even another guy that wanted to open accounts told him that its not right... read more
Not a Telus store. Nothing on their listing to suggest that they are not a retail outlet. You'll go all the way there to find a sign on the front door telling you to use a QR code to fill in a questionnaire and then they might help you. Don't waste your time. And then (see below) they want me to fill in a form that includes my contact info. Geez, wonder why they are so keen on collecting personal info. I think not.
Great customer service and well knowledgeable. Special mention to Troy he help me lot.
