Changing to a new phone can be a nightmare for some; in particular the elderly. My experience was comfortable, encouraging, efficient, instructional and filled with humor. Can’t ask for a better experience.

I found there to be little pressure when I was considering changing my telephone plan to telus. Both people in the store were helpful and presented various options. The ID check took a little while but once that was done everything went smoothly.
The team at this location is so helpful and kind! I wanted to switch from another carrier and they were so patient with me as i was trying to get all the details from that account. Very knowledgeable and friendly. 10/10 customer service
