Thanks to the sale rep this morning, I was able to set up my eSIM successfully on my new iPhone. Thank you!
Matt was great... very informative and gave us a few different options of phone and plans to choose from.
Great service! Switched from Bell mobility to telus. Was quick and painless. And less than half the price as Bell
Overall a good visit to the store. Appreciated that the process was efficient and I wasnt stuck in the store for too long. Matt explained all of the fine points on the new device and changes to my plan thoroughly but did not drag it out. Thanks for your help!
