If you live out of town and you try to plead not guilty for a ticket. You’re pretty much guaranteed a loss. You first have to show up once to ask for a hearing. 2nd they appointed you for a pre trial hearing which is pointless because you have to come back a 3rd time. Which makes it useless if you’re not from San Angelo. Had to take a loss because i wasn’t able to get a hearing, not even from the judge. Wasted more time and money, just to try proving innocence.
