I would strongly caution anyone against using Tom Gifford. In my experience, his legal practices are deeply concerning. Public court records (Case FL-22-050) show that he was involved in a long-term custody and restraining order battle, yet in a subsequent filing, he allegedly checked a box stating there had been no restraining orders in 10 years. In bed with the court. This guy and the whole modoc court are a sham. He's whole drive to be an attorney was when he was caught with 10 kilos of coke and got away with it allegedly. Total garbage.
