This is a local family owned business. I wandered into their showroom one day just pricing couches and left knowing no matter what I would return when I had the money for my purchase. Tom Jr. is so sweet and friendly. It felt like spending time with my favorite uncle. I returned a few weeks later and purchased a couch. Customer Service – In responce to the customer who posted about their chairs breaking! We have been working with the factory to find and make replacement parts. It has been quite a challenge because the age of the chairs.. But we have successfully obtained the parts and want to fix them. Going The Extra Mile – This father son team helped us out in a way that no other store would. We had purchased a Flexsteel sofa for our home about 5 years ago. Recently we sought out to purchase a matching chair. Well no luck, the fabric had been discontinued or so we thought. I FOUND MY TEMPURPEDIC MATTRESS SET HERE AT BUSCH FURNITURE "SLEEP COUNTRY LIES" – After shopping at Sleep County for my Tempurpedic King Set, I was told it would be delivered sometime in the next five days. Great Stuff and FREE parking behind store! – My husband and I have shopped at Busch Furnishings for years. They are very nice and have great stuff. We've never had any problems with any pieces we've bought from them. I didn't feel like I was shopping at all. They showed me only what I had asked for and found just what I wanted!! We would Highly recommend shopping here.
LOWEST PRICE ON TEMPERPEDIC MEMORY FOAM WE COULD FIND – Sure these mattress sets are mostly the same price everywhere, but when you concider this was an owner showing me the in's and out's about the product Not some sleezy mattress guy on comission. This made my experience worth its weight in gold. We even had our king set delivered at no charge later the same day.
Busch Furniture – This store is one in a million! My wife and I had been all over Portland looking for the best price on a Flexsteel Sofa. Well after spending about 100 dollars in gas we found the sofa in our own back yard. Not only did they have the sofa we wanted but the service was unlike any store you are likely to visit.. 50,000 square feet of showroom, big store with-out the big box attitude – This store treats you like you are a king. No really you feel like you are in a nice restaurant. The family owned and operated business is like no other furniture store my Wife and I have ever visited. From the historical photos of the city and their store that date back to 1885. Over a century!
