I've had a few tattoos done by Julio, and I was happy until one of my tattoos needed a touch up, as most tattoos do, he didn't get the color deep enough on one of my flowers. I told him about it and he said he would have to charge me for a touch up like a regular tattoo. Every other artist I know, some of them very popular big names, always include one touch up.
