I received an email saying my package has been delivered. I do not see package. I rang toll and they said it was delivered to my door i said no it hasn’t where is my package. They said they will investigate and get back to me, I asked if they can make it a priority as I run a business and need my stuff they said we can but yet they never did. So my package is now lost
Good evening, I placed an order for dvds to be delivered from jbhifi. The parcel was delivered but unfortunately this is the second delivery from your company that has ended up at the wrong address and an elderly lady delivered to the correct address. The requested address was number 89 unit 2 Dalman Parkway, Wagga Wagga, 2650 the parcels were delivered to number 2 Dalman Parkway.
