Already paid my taxes they keep sending me bills they keep charging me penalties. I already paid everything and went to Toledo municipal court to change address and pay everything I have the receipts to prove and they won't let me schedule an appointment to show them without providing a social security number at this point I believe its a scam lol... Iv also scheduled and appointment with the IRS to prove that iv paid and they refused to listen to me but they keep sending "passed taxes" to old address which proves that they ... read more
I had an issue with my income tax filing and it was handled professionally and politely within an hour.
Don’t waste your time trying to get anything done on the phone, they work on their schedule, you only pay them. You have to leave your number, wait for them to call you back at their convenience,
The bad reviews are all true. This has been going on for years. Where is management & what are they doing about all the problems with this department? The taxpayers want answers!
Ghetto trash! Your incompetence is the perfect representation of Toledo. Do your job and take taxes instead of randomly billing me years later. Just be thankful we live in a world of repercussions
