I have used Toledo Tax since the 1990’s. This year has been a horrible experience. I sent in my taxes as usual and advised of my new bank account. It did not get updated. Glenda sent the file form twice with the wrong account number. I have been calling for 2 days and emailing with no response. I was not aware Darla was no longer there. I will not use them again as I cannot get anyone to fix this, can’t get a call back or response to my emails. I cannot go into the office because I am out of State.
