We just entered the store and the man at his desk did not even bother to say hello. The look on his face made us feel so unwelcome. We walked around the store complimenting the furniture as some of it looked great. But we didn't get the option to learn anything about it because the guy didn't get off his bum to assist. I only learned the furniture is locally made from reading the reviews here. His loss as we just dropped a bomb on three sofas else where.
