I've never been late on a payment with this company and I would not have been on time because of the grace days had I been called. They called my son's phone this morning and never called me. I called and spoke with someone who argued they called me. I went in and made the payment and spoke to the manager. Once again they are arguing saying they called me everyday since 1-6-26 which is not true. So she had the girl call my phone and it went directly to voicemail, so she said see we called.
