Even the most "independent" among us need a little bit of help sometimes. Roxanne at Toledo Finance is the person to go and see because she provides a very "dignified" and very "do-able" experience. She is professional, kind and she is even willing to help you over the phone when you cannot go to the office. I love going to the office because it is spotless (you can eat off that floor)! They also have a good relationship with Sage Bank next door for that need a "fee free" cashing experience. --AMG
Very friendly and very helpful always there for me
Roxie has become a friend over the years, almost like family at this point. Everytime I've had a struggle, she's been there to calm me down, help me out with some cash, and is always understanding if I need a few days to come up with the payment. I would recommend anyone needing a little help to give her a call. She's never rude, very professional, and an all around good person. Toledo is lucky to have her!
