I took out a loan from Toledo but later ran into some difficulty and was unable to pay. I did submit a letter to Toledo asking them to contact my references and that I would try to pay them back in a couple of months. I did the same thing to my other creditors, as I became unable to pay most of them back. Toledo has repeatedly called my references and even my place of employment. Repeated calls to me , friends and family even the have my number and contact info but they harass all my references even after I spoke to them asked them to stop I was told by Amanda *******the manager that they couldn't stop calling us until my debt was settled then I asked her again not to call them I was told it have to come to the office they couldn't prove who I was to tell them to stop calling they have caller ID and she could verify my number and personal info refused to stop call8ng us multiple times a day almost ev... read more
